Using HPDM to manage t640 ThinClients running ThinPro 7.2

Was able to capture an image and deploy the template to ThinClients manually without issue.

Tried setting up a rule on First Contact to deploy the image.

Problem is the rule runs in First Contact with new ThinClients that are discovered, but it goes into a loop and keeps redeploying the image over and over again.

issue appears to be that First Contact in the description is for when first discovered (which is what we want) or if a Factory Reset is done.

best guess is after it deploys the image that is triggering the factory reset variable making it run again.

any ideas on how to prevent this?

desire is to discover new devices and have it automatically deploy the custom image and then it’s ready for the user.
